Best place to find Remy?

My husband & I are going in April and Ratatouille is his favorite movie. Where is the best place to catch Remy? We are already doing the dinner in France.

Remy does not currently appear for Meet & Greets. However, he is in the Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun! parade at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

As far as I know Les Chefs de France is the only place to see Remy.

Actually I believe that he was named after the directors dog. Of course the dog's name very well might have come from a drunken evening.

He is inside Les Chefs de France on Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20. To my knowledge he appears nowhere else either randomly or otherwise.

Remy the gourmet and his gluttonous brother Emile have specially ordered a huge French cheese platter for guests of the Walt Disney Studios Park.
