Please freely state your opinion of the best place to eat in the Animal Kingdom. We will be there next week, and would like to hear a few recommendations.
There was a thread not so long ago about Tusker House switching over to a buffet character meal. I don't think the change has occured yet. If it's still counter-service, I'd say it's the best counter-service in any of the parks. The mere thought of their rotisserie chicken still makes my mouth water.
Tusker House is my favorite place to eat in the AK and was the best counterservice place in all of WDW (IMHO). I was very upset to hear its changing, but I'll give it a try once...I'm hoping it won't be the generic buffet food, but something more exotic in keeping with the surroundings.
Love their chicken and salmon. :slurp:
Yeah, I think you're in a tiny few. I find the place hugely overrated, overpriced and just standard, mass-chain food. Service is slow and while the scenery is nice, it's annoying after an hour of being there. I suggest walking through it and browsing the shop, but not staying for food.Am I the only one that loves to eat at Rainforest Cafe?
