I love the potatoes at 50's Prime Time, Chef Mickeys, and Kona Cafe.

TBH, the potatoes at Cosmic Rays that come with the rotisserie chicken are pretty good too.

You will love Kona Cafe. It's our favorite place to eat at Disney.

Like most people, I like my own best and nothing any restauarant serves up will be close to as good.

I also haven't eaten mashed potatoes everywhere at WDW and can't possibly know which are the best.

Of the ones I've had, WL is up there on the list.

I have to agree with Kona. If I get the teriyaki steak, I ask for it with potatoes instead of rice. It's probably my favorite meal on property. Those potatoes are just amazing!

Sunshine Seasons.

Not overworked until all the starch come out, but not full of lumps. High turnover ensures that they have not been sitting for hours either.

I vote for 50's and Le Cellier. My absolute favorite Disney mashed potatoes are the wasabi mashed potatoes at Animator's Palate on the cruise ships.
