Mine’s the Mickey Pretzel and luke warm cheese at the cart outside of The Land at Epcot and a Bud Light.

Comfort food like whats found at a Diner tends to help me so one of my favorite places to find something like that on WDW property is the Fountain at the Dolphin resort. Other places I have actually relaxed at while nursing a mild hangover are the Dolphins Cabana Bar and Beach Club and the Contemporary's Wave Lounge which both have amazing food and drinks for getting over a night out. Lastly getting a margarita at Dockside Margaritas in Disney Springs Marketplace was helpful on a early day of shopping to get back into the vacation spirit!

~edit~ FOrgot to mention walking into Epcot through the International Gateway as World Showcase is opening and finding yourself heading to Rose and Crown to get the party started.

While not even remotely close to the best Bloody Mary I've ever had, the Stow Away Mary at Refreshment Port in EPCOT was a lifesaver after a particularly wine filled evening at California Grill in December.

The bar in Morocco in Epcot. Any drink you order is a triple. My daughter took me there during the last Wine and Food Festival. The Long Island Iced Tea curled my toes.

Um, maybe not drink that much in the first place? At the price people have to pay to be at Disney it's waaay to expensive to waste time nursing a hangover. Just an opinion.

Gonna sound crazy, but breakfast at a place like the Wave or GFC. I worked in a restaurant back when I was in a masters program (a million years ago) and we used to go out to the bars after dinner shifts, but often have to work lunch the next day...which meant getting to the restaurant during breakfast hours. While we were a nice seafood spot, there was a Waffle House and a Shoney's right near us...so I associate things like eggs and bacon with nursing a hangover. So, a Disney restaurant where I can get some bacon and eggs, a lower chance of noise since it's not a character meal and not any of the overly popular breakfast spots, and can also get a bit of the "hair of the dog"... bloody mary is my go-to. ;)

If I am so foolish as to drink alcohol in such a quantity to have a hangover at Disney, bed in my dark resort room with plenty of H20. Believe it or not, protein is good to help with a hangover, so try scrambled eggs.

I cannot recall the last time I had a full on hangover (I'm not that much into drinking anymore - college is a fading memory). But when I did have them, oxygen helped a lot. So outdoors. I big bowl of rice krispies with a good sprinkling of sugar often did the trick as well.
