On a day where the Magic Kingdom DOES NOT offer extra magic hours. Traditionally, the parks offering extra magic hours are the most crowded on that given day.

In addition to that, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays are the worst at MK. Mondays in particular, since everyone seems to travel on Sunday and then do MK first thing.

Really? :shrug: That's odd because most people I know travel on Friday/Saturday.
Perhaps we just like to get an early start out instead of lollygagging around the house for two days.

I know one Monday last month it was ridiculously crowded. We went to mgm and was there for the rope drop, literally just rode and fastpassed toy story and was at the mk parking lot a little after 10, and it was annoyingly crowded. Monorail had about a 10 minute wait, resort monorail had none :animwink:. And it was pretty bad. I think it was staying open till midnight.

We love a Sunday at the Magic Kingdom. No matter what time of year it is, Sunday always seems to be best at the MK for us!
I think it's because everyone checks out of the resort and heads home on Sunday, but DH says that # is probably offset by the number of locals that come in for a "Sunday visit." He thinks it's because many people stay late in the MK on Saturday, and take it easy on Sunday.
