I think it really depends on what you are looking for. What type of food, what your favorite characters are etc. Some of our favorites are:
Liberty Tree Tavern: we love the characters and ambience of this place, plus they serve you family style so you don't have to worry about missing the characters when you are up at the buffet.
Crystal Palace: I love the lighting in this place. My kids love seeing pooh and friends. And the buffet has something for everyone.
Cinderella's Royal Table: we usually do this one for breakfast. The food is ok. but the character interaction is great and the kids really love eating in the castle.
My advice to you would be to look at the menus and the characters that come and decide what would be best for you. Have a great trip!
I really enjoyed 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy GodMother, Pearla and Suzy. I think they switched up some of the characters since I was there last.
It does depend on your likes, which meal are you looking for, are there specific characters you want.
My family's favorites are Liberty Tree Tavern, Chef Mickey's, Hollywood & Vine (my kids are under 5) and Crystal Palace. I have heard great things about Ohana and Cape May, which both just ave characters for breakfast.
Thanks all for the advice. It's hard to narrow them down! Our travel agent said we should eat at Liberty Tree, so we were planning on doing that anyway. Chef Mickey's sounds good too...I love the fab 5! I also like the Cinderella one...I would LOVE to have a picture of my boyfriend, me, cinderella, and prince charming. I doubt I could drag my parents to that one though LOL.
I just went to see the menus at ALL EARS and it reads that Liberty Tree Tavern will no longer be a character dinner as of January 5th, 2009. Wonder if they will up the menu quality or lower the price for lack of entertainment? It says non dining members are currently charged 5.00...:animwink:
