Best book on Walt Disney

I received the Neal Gabler book as a graduation present this weekend. I know it is not a favored choice among folks here. So, should I return it and buy another one or give this one a chance?

FWIW, Diane Disney Miller, Walt's daughter, despised the book and scolded the suits at Disney for authorizing it. She said it was full of inaccuracies, particularly regarding Walt's home life and marriage. I tried to read it myself, but caught the tone of it early and shelved it. Reminded me of Richard Schickel's abomination. I'd advise you to read Bob Thomas' book. He actually knew and interviewed Walt, and got lots of input from Walt's family and employees (many of the original Disney studio staff, including the Nine Old Men, were still alive during the book's writing). Anyway, that's my take.
