Hi, we'll be going down to Disney in September and its the first time we are using the free dining plan. In your opinion, where are the best places to use the free table services? Are some restaurants better than others? I have a big man's appetite, so where do you get the most fulfilling meals on the plan?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Well for a big appetite you cant go wrong with the buffets, also Le Cellier is great for steaks, Biergarten for sausages and beer, Ohana for just plain meats, and there are others but those are the best ones I can think of right now. :D

For the most food, I would say go for the buffets. That way you can eat as much as you want. My favorites are the Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary and Cape May at the Beach Club. As for regular table service, Le Cellier in Canada at EPCOT is my favorite, but it books up very qucikly. I also like Tony's Town Square at MK and Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge.

Portions are large everywhere, and if you are with family members with smaller appetites you can eat their leftovers. But definitely try some buffets. Boma is our favorite for dinner and Chef Mickey's for breakfast.

Best bang for your free buck? Do the most expensive dinners that you can possibly find. Look at the menus on this site and see what you'd like that's expensive. Go from there. Like if you're going to LeCellier, get the NY Strip or Filet Mignon. Ya know? The most expensive thing on the menu.

Yes, very true; you can't go wrong doing that either.

Honestly try some places you wouldn't have normally tried. Le Cellier is fantastic and is only 1 credit. Artist Point and Yachtman Steakhouse ar also great, but cost you 2 credits.

Buffets and Family Style give you variety and tons of food. I'm a firm believer that in order to get the best bang for you buck, so most sit downs for dinner. Any dinner will run about $30 per person normally.
