Best Advice for a Rainy Trip

Some of my favorite pictures are before or after rainstorms, with the contrast of the brightly colored buildings against the dark grey sky.

I took an extremely pretty picture at CSR once, with the trees reflecting in the water...they reflect differently when the sky is dark.

On our last trip we got caught in the rain. It was a lot of fun. Everyone else were huddled in shops so we just ran thru the rain. The only bad part was I had my good camera so there were no pictures. This year I have a new camera! One of those Olympus Tough waterproof cameras. So I can run thru the rain taking pictures!!:D

I never mind if it rains at Disney, its fun to throw on a poncho and just keep going while everyone else runs for shelter. I would also suggest the flip flops so you're not wearing wet socks/sneakers all day. One piece of advice, DO NOT RUN, my ex husband was wearing sneakers once during a downpour and we were trying to run for cover right near TSMM and he slipped on the cement and fell HARD, he actually still has a lump from where he hit the ground, and that was 3 years ago.

Walk don't run...got it! I just purchase a couple extra rain sleeves for my camera. I'm actually looking forward to some reflection shots and moodier skies. Hoping to get a few sunny shots too but hey...can't complain when I'm in WDW!
