Depends on the CM, but we have a friend who worked for ABC radio for 40 years and he gets 4 people (including himself) in the park at once and a 40% discount on all merchandise. He can't get discounts for hotel rooms for some odd reason.

Unlimited park admission for self
Varying limited numbers of admissions for others, known as "maingates"
20% discount on merchandise, goes up to 40% during holiday seasons
Something like a 40% - 60% discount on hotel rooms... haven't used this one
20% off many of the TSRs, comes with a required 18% gratuity so ends up feeling like a free tip
10% - 20% off QSRs in theory, but ends up being blocked at every QSR that's not in DAK or a resort
Free parking just about anywhere
Access to Company D and cast-exclusive shopping, and other special CM events
Increased ability to talk your way into/out of backstage and off-limits areas

CM in DLP we get 50% discount on hotel rooms (up to 66% sometime), 35% discount on Merchandising and 20% discount on some restaurant.
We also have free entrance to the 4 parks (for ourselves and 3 guests). I don't know if it's limited, but I don't think so, I've used it many times in 2012.

They also offer friends and family room, ticket, and DDP discounts when they book on the hub for you! Big savings!
