Hey does anyone have the print out that they give you at the end of the tour? I now have an extra fish tank and wanted to try that out!

Alas no and I just took the tour in April. However, a quick search of hydroponic gardening and fish tank yields results. In fact, they even tell you how to do this on ehow.com.

The tour is really fun, if you're into plants/gardening. I really like to walk through greenhouses and just get that backstage feel without devoting a bunch of time to a more thorough tour.
