Beech Creek Resort

Does anyone know what the Beech Creek Resort is supposed to be. I just returned from WDW and passed an area under construction with the small entrance sign saying the "Beech Creek Resort Construction Entrance".

it's actually the Bonnet Creek Resort. It's a non-disney resort though, that little bit of land is not WDW

Boy I didn't realize that there were that many threads on the bonnet creek project, I only thought there were two or three
