Bed Difference? (Value v.s Deluxe)

probably a dumb question, but for those of you who have stayed in both value and deluxe, did you notice a huge difference in the bed comfort levels between resorts?

Yes. First off is size, double beds in value while queens in deluxe. The sheets are softer in deluxe (much like the towels are larger and fluffier than value) and the mattresses are definitely more plush.

And even though you didn't ask, the TP is thicker and softer in the deluxe resorts. When we stay value or moderate, we bring our own.

Yep, big difference. We have stayed at moderates and deluxes and the beds, bedding, towels and even the shampoos/soaps, etc are better at the deluxe.

Yes definitely.

Moderates I've stayed at (POR, CS) are much more comfortable than the value beds at Pop.

Yes! The comfort from value to moderate to deluxe in my opinion is quite a difference

I've only ever stayed at values and find the beds to be more than big enough and comfy

But I would hope there is a difference between value and deluxe for the price you are paying

Yup - we've done All-Star Sports, the Caribbean, the Contemporary and Bay Lake. All things went up in quality

So funny! Our first and only value stay my son (8) yelled from the bathroom "this doesn't even have 1 ply!"

I've noticed a larger difference between moderates to deluxe than values to moderates.

No. I've stayed deluxe, mod, and value and haven't noticed a difference. I think how comfortable a bed is is very different for each person. And could just be luck of the draw on how worn out the bed you get is.
