My guess is some "french" food and american fare for children. I doubt it'll be les chefs de france but I could imagine it would have some really good soups and what not. Okay. Now I'm just making this up on the spot. Time will tell.

-Soup du jour
-Hot hors d'oeuvres
-"Grey stuff" (maybe another Butterbeer-esque hit?)
-Beef ragout
-Cheese souffle
-Pie and pudding "en flambe"

..as well as other breads, soups, meats, teas, and desserts...to make up a culinary cabaret.

That's just my guess.

That was fantastic. Best post of the day.

I hear that "grey stuff" is delicious. I have references: The Dishes.

Ummm.... I know these are the lyrics and y'all love the cute, but this doesn't say anything.

Soup de jour- soup of the day
Hot Hors d'oeuvres - hot appetizers
Grey stuff - pate'?

This will be cool and all but I'd like to know what that drink is that the artist rendering has in Gaston's tavern.

All I know is this is the first Disney themes restaurant I actually am curious to visit. I really expect the prices to be insanely high and the food will be average but like anything in wdw I am super geeked about the tech involved.

I agree. I really don't care what it tastes like as long as Iget the "experience".
