I had the pleasure of meeting mister Patrick Stewart today, in a very rare Q&A session with him. When asked about his recent work, he has made a very interesting revelation: he has been recording the voice of Bambi's father for Bambi 2 :)

This information comes from the mouth of the actor who plays Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek and Professor Xavier in X-Men, just to name those two.

Looks like we're gonna get some new Bambi movie !

Ooooh! Yay! Now I might actually watch it! :lol: I love Patrick Stewart - he's great! Except now I totally associate his voice with the Magic Mirror after seeing the Snow White show at DL. :lol: You're so lucky that you got to meet him. My old roomie met him once, and she said he was wonderful to talk to.

OH MY GOD! I love Patrick Stewart!!

And I'm kind of glad about Bambi 2. I also want to see Return to Neverland and the second Pocahontas movie. Cinderella 2 sucks though, no need for that sequel. The Little Mermaid 2 was alright. Wait, why am I talking about sequels?!

I'm sorry, but they need to stop making sequels to classic Disney movies. What's next? Cinderella 2?

Why does Disney need to make more sequels??

(especially with the newer movies, some of which dont need one.. Cought atlantis cought :lookaroun

Though Patrick Stewart's voice would be good...

Whyyyy is Patrick Stewart crapping up his natural kickassedness by showing up in Bambi Reloaded: Man Returns to the Forest or whatever they'll be calling this one?! Pat, you're the man. Just say "no, Mr. Data" when Disney comes calling. :disillusioned:

Does anybody remember the SNL skit on "Bambi 2"?

Bambi: "Mom--you're alive!"
Mom (with head wrapped in bandages): "Yes...they only wounded me!"

Announcer: "Featuring appearances by Jared from the Subway ads and the New York Yankees! Buy your copy now before we destroy all cels and artwork as if it never happened!"

Bambi (replete in shades and bling bling): "I'm rappin' Bambi and I'm here to say...(more rapping nonsense I can't remember)"

Bloody brilliant sketch, it was.
