Right now, the tour is an embarassment of its former self. Sadly the economy means they have to keep it creaking along for a while yet.

Maybe we will get lucky and during the refurb (preferably at the start before sinking in too much money) a truck, crane, etc. will hit someone and cause so much damage they just rip it out. Even if it sat empty until the economy turned back up we would at least know they have the space to do something new when the economy goes back up.
