awkward report

Right now I am at the Disneyland resort and had the most coolest yet weirdest thing happen last night.

So last night me and my family were walking from the Paradise Pier Hotel to downtown Disney. We were almost there and these two young guys (around their twenties) walked in front of us and both had CM name tags. These guys were dressed nice though. Like dress shirt and slacks. Anyhow, one of them was talking about this guy named Mike and how he wasn't creative enough for some project but he was good at doing concrete architecture. They were talking about their day and I was like oh my God these guys are imagineers.

So I was like well I gotta say or do something. I was already in discussion with my friend about space mountain. So I decided to blurt out "I sure would LOVE if Disneyworld would refurb spacemountain." Then it was kinda awkward for a bit then one of them looked at me and winked and kept walking and hey both went inside the Grand California Hotel.

So I figured I would share that with you guys.
It was totally cool.
Just some little hope maybe. :shrug:

Well clearly it's something that doesn't involve concrete, so I'm assuming it's an innoventions exhibit on styrofoam.

That's really funny, because I was at the bar in the Grand Californian last night, and there was some guy crying in his beer. When I asked him what was wrong he said that he wasn't creative enough or something. He kept repeating that "I'm really good with concrete" kind of in a "I'm a really good driver" rainman type voice. Two guys with CM badges came up to him and helped escort him out, and said that he was great and they were sure that he could work on Space Mountain at WDW. Huh, what a coincidence.

Yeah, I've got a jet, so my wife and I like to go to DL or World Showcase for dinner and drinks some evenings and then fly back home before I go to work in the moring. If any local WDWMagicians ever want to go just let me know

I know this isn't any Disneyworld news but if your curious anyway.
The monorail red was running then it broke sometime after lunch time.

Monorail blue is test running of course but only after 6:00 pm.

Monorail orange IS on site now and is being assembled.

The new monorail is really cool in person.

Of course i have pics of red.
Blue I don't know yet I didn't have the camera for the day so I'll have to check. Hopefully no one deleted it. My flash made the blue a purplish color to it but you'll have the idea.

Orange nope. Its backstage being assembled. At least that what I asked everyone at the monorail station. One of them claiming he has a picture with it. If I see him ill look at it and take a picture of the picture. :lol:

So this is how we get Disney to listen. Quick, everyone pair up and find some Imagineers, or people that sound like them! If we all just happen to say what we wish would happen for WDW behind them, it just may come true. Here comes the 5th 20K Harry Potter park!
