Just a little tip that helps avoid some of the crowds so you can enjoy the World Showcase at Epcot.
This applies to people coming in at the man gate...not International Gateway for the most part.
Instead of lining up for the rope drop at Canada or Mexico (I swear it looks like a crazy marathon is starting or something...it was scary some days to be on the other side of the rope and see 4 hundred tourists running straight at you) Go to the boat dock instead and take one of the boats that takes you across the lagoon.
That way you're starting midway through the showcase first thing in the morning (well...11am which is first thing at the showcase) and avoiding the rush of people starting at Canada or Mexico (most people start at Mexico, by the way so if you don't want to take the boat...start in Canada)
