Average Joe Hawaii Question.

Hey guys, uhmm... Im not a fan of Average Joe, to tell you the thruth I never watched one episode, but was captivated by the comercial advertasing the Final episode in which she reveals "some big secret" to the guy she picked.

they made it sound so cool that I decided to watch it.

Well the big secret was that she was Fabios EX. and the guy went biserck and left her...

I didin't get it... is there something about fabio that I need to know? Why did the guy act like that? Can anyone fill me in? Im really confused at why the guy acted like that.

Yeah that was pretty lame and stupid. i thought i was something bigger that she was gonna run off the plane and into the bus with that guy she dumped....LOL

yeah, i'm with you mike. this was my first average joe episode as well, and because of the preview. of course, the 'she has a BIG secret' thing is always blown out of proportion, but it got me curious, so i watched.
i was absolutely clueless as to why being Fabio's ex was so huge. when she told her 'big' secret, i actually thought it was kind of cool, even though i've never really liked Fabio. i dunno...maybe he just felt threatened by it, or thought that she'd compare him to the 'great' Fabio all the time. that's the only reasoning i can come up with.
i thought she made the wrong decision anyway. i mean, i don't know if it was the editing or not, but the 'hot guy' seemed like a log! he just sat there while she tried to make all the conversation. and then he seemed half-hearted in everything he said to her. i'm still a little shocked she picked him after the dinner they had, where she asked him 'what do you want out of this' and he goes 'i want to be an actor.' whaaa?! that's the only reason he went on the show, and she still picked him? yeah...she's crazy.

i didnt even bother with this season becasue i watched the FIRST season and I was soooo mad she picked the "hot" joe...even thought the "average" was ADORABLE and SWEET and they got along so great!!
and he was a millionaire
it just PROVED to me that she was shallow... i guess THIS lady was too

and
fabio cant believe its not butter

Ha Ha Ha... she got what was coming to her. I can't believe she could be that stupid and shallow to pick the hot guy when it was clear that Brian loved her and it seemed she had feelings for him too. It was also very clear that the hot guy (Gill?) was just in it for fun and fame.

She made me so mad when she went for Gill. Then I couldn't help but smile when he dumped her because she dated Fabio.

Cuz the thing that really thru me off was that gill said something like " Every guy in the US knows what I would be feeling right now" (or something like that) and I was like, NO I DON"T! TELL ME!!

When I was watching and she said the BIG secret I was like, SO???
then I noticed the guy go crazy... and I was like waaa?? Did I miss something? is fabio a (pimp or something? :lol: cuz for all I know, He is just an "actor" and model, that does butter comercials... and apperantly has money... whats wrong with that??

That why I was wondering whats so bad about it.

I think Gill just used the Fabio thing as a reason to leave. He got his free vacations and 15 minutes of fame. Or... maybe... it was that Gill couldn't believe that Larissa would date some that's so stupid they don't duck when they see a goose coming. :lol:

I was confused as well and did not watch this show until last night, because I also wanted to know the big secret. It would have been great if her name was really Larry and she hadn't had her ______ change operation yet. But alas, it was only Fabio - totally boring.

She needs to go back to Fabio. She only cares about looks and honestly does anyone really think Fabio is all that hot????

Yea, it would have been like that scene in "Bachelor Party" when the guy finds out his girl is a shim and he runs screaming to the shower and scrubs down with a brillo pad.:lol:

TVGuide.com reports that on Today Show this morning, Larissand Gil were together and happy and said that NBC skewered the ending to maker it look more dramatic. They are in fact together.

The first Joe was best b/c Melana was a great prize and was extremely sweet. Larissa was plain shallow and had an ugly personality. Heres hopin Adma's Resturn is somewhat better.

i know i caught the tail end of it... andi saw it... and i was literally wide eyed and open mouthed... my guy friends were teasing me since i started yelling at the tv... well in the end she got what she deserved (i guess)

I think I read that the first couple has split up. Larissa and Gill are still together as of their interview with The Today Show this morning.

j/k! :D actually, i'm with Gucci65! i've never thought Fabio was all that attractive :hurl: he's just too big and muscley, and the long hair does nothing for him (not that short hair could help him either)
