Id assume that he's living in the new tower that he was designing with Pepper in Avengers, as Stark towers has (as I understand it) become the home of the Avengers, hence the letter A remaining at the end of the movie. The Triskelion is pretty unusable after Winter Soldier of course.
There are rumors that the Age of Ultron trailer will be shown before the movie Interstellar.
There is also news of a behind the scenes look at the movie on the Guardians of the Galaxy DVD.
And this was shown on Disney Channel. (Very disappointing IMO). Video in link.

I am really looking forward to the trailer, it's a long time overdue in my eyes. I do hope it is an actual trailer and not just some basic footage or a basic 30sec trailer.

I was reading about the leak and people are reporting it's the extended San Diego Comic Con footage. I'm excited to finally see it.
