Does anyone know of a site where I can find a pic for my Avator? All the ones I have it tells me they are too big...

You can easily resize a pic by using MSPaint.

Open the file in Paint
Click "IMAGE"
Click "Stretch/Skew"
Change each "percentage" (meaning horizontal and vertical at the same rate...for instance, change 100% to 75%)

From there it's a trial and error.
(the pic can be no larger than 160X160)

There are other programs that would make it easier but I'm not sure what programs you have and most people have MSPaint.
