Obviously you’d have to have a security guard or two permanently stationed there right? Unless that barrier comes from the structure/ stairs and doesn’t actually start where it appears in the art. No matter what this wall would need to be around 10 feet tall and that’s not what im getting in this concept art.

Maybe, I originally thought maybe they might have screening at the tower itself as you can more easily control all foot traffic plus have all screening on the Harbor side as was discussed during the workshops they had with Anaheim/Harbor businesses last year.
