Attractions you think will get better But don't

So have you ever gone back to Disney World, seen a ride you really didn't enjoy on your last trip, and still go on it again? only to be disappointed a second time? This always happens to me and my family here are some we just can't seem to get away from

Tiki Room- for some reason my mom convinces us all to go in every year, and every year we all come out wondering why we just wasted our time.

Primeval whirl- Go on thinking it wont be like a carnival ride...It still is.

Tower of Terror- I personally love this ride but my sister gets sick EVERYTIME I really don't mind riding it alone but every year she goes on and every year its sickness for a half hour after.

There are definitely more but do you have any like that?

Tower Of Terror?! In my top 3 rides. Every ride is different. The whole build up going up is intense. The dropping is not for everyone but that is the ride. Rode it 8 times with my 8 year old last time we went.

Each time I go to WDW, I attempt American Adventure and each time it puts me to sleep. Seriously, I nap every single time without meaning to! :hammer:

It's not AA's fault... It's my kamikaze park touring style that exhausts me. The dark room, soothing music, ability to put my feet up and nice air conditioning put me straight into a nice 20 minute coma nap.

How about the other way around? Everytime my girlfriend wants to go in Hall of Presidents I moan and whine, then we sit down and Morgan Freeman starts up and it's excellent from there.

Kali River Rapids for sure. Not a bad ride by any means but I was practically bone dry getting off of it. Not that I mind, but we waited 40 minutes in line for somewhat of an underwhelming raft ride. I was waiting for the big waterfall or the big splash, it never happened. Just thought more from a Disney ride. And when you compare it to the Congo River Rapids at Busch Gardens or Popeye's ride at Islands of Adventure it's just different and not as well done. Usually a Disney ride blows anything at Universal out of the water and you don't even bother comparing Busch to Disney, but not with this ride. Plus it wasn't LONG enough. Three minutes........if that.

Not that Maelstrom is bad but I always think it could be done better and always hope that I forgot what it was like. Good theme though I guess.

Star Tours? Just nearly gives me motion sickness. That's all and I swear it doesn't happen the next time...........but it nearly does

I would say Stitches Great Escape. All you do is just sit in the dark but so much could be done, like spinning your row in a circle like a centrifuge except not as fast as what Mission Space uses, just enough to make it feel like your moving through a ride and not just sitting.

Yeah, I love AA and Railroad. I'll tell you something, I prefer those two over Stich and Buzz. I get all teary eyed at AA. It's my boyfriends favorite attraction and I used to hate it really until I gave it a few chances, then it was just catchy after that.

2 Rides really apply to me, and that is Star Tours and BTMRR. Both of these rides get unpleasant for me after the first couple times, and for ST, I only go on it during EMH when there is nothing left to do. Even then I still find it boring :(, can't wait for the new one!

Country Bear Jamboree.

The first time I saw it I didn't care for it.
I thought to myself "Maybe I'm just tired and grouchy from being in the Hot Florida sun."
So on my next trip I tried it again.
Nope...it still sucked.
I guess Hillbilly bears drinking moonshine from jugs and singing about blood on saddles and shooting little Beuford just aint my cup of tea...or my cup of corn squeezins..or whatever.

Mostly rides that make me feel dizzy or motion sick.

Tower of terror for example. I love it but it gives me a head ache. Same with the simpsons ride at universal. I have to ride it but it makes me feel ill. :hurl::hurl::lookaroun:lookaroun:zipit::zipit::shrug::shrug::lol:
