im not sure where to buy them outside of disney, but i bought a splash mountain on from the Art of Disney store in Downtown Disney. Hope that helps!

They do print on demand at any of the Art of Disney stores in WDW, not just in Downtown Disney. I've gotten my prints for around $25 apiece, but I don't get very large ones, and I don't get them framed.
They also offer concept art!
