Hey now!!! I love my girlfriend and she has been invited. She can't go because of her job / she doesn't really have the money / and she said she wants my mother to take my brothers and i with the new step dad before I'm the last son to marry away
My mother loves my girl almost as much as i do! and actually told her to go along before i knew we were going
I'm just looking for ideas
and the slipper is a great one, thank you!!!!!

Thinking about it i have enjoyed the conversations, they have gotten way out of line on my and my mothers attitudes
I love my girlfriend very very very very very very very much
Like i said she knew there was a chance to go before i did, and she bowed out before we talked about it. She knows, she understands "just as long as you bring me a really nice present (very jokingly" is prety much what she said
So I've had a tiara and some pictures with characters suggested. Perfume, the glass slipper is a good idea....
Any others i've had some good ideas
how about personal favorites
what about the glass cutting they do at the imagination pavilion in epcot...something with my pic in to propose to her with a pic of the castle or cinderella???

Sorry :hammer: I dated a real Momma's boy once and still have scars
As for gifts: I love the slipper thing, especially if she loves Cindy. Also, I happen to love snowglobes. They had a gorgeous Cindy and Prince at the castle one where he is on one knee kissing her hand. You could get the slipper and reenact the snowglobe scene for her!

Alright ladies and gents as of now (even though i still have a while until i go) You have all helped me greatly
Heres what i'm concocting
I purchase a glass slipper with "Will you marry me on it" Put on the date and our names on it (if it will all fit)
Inside the slipper is a picture of cinderella holding the slipper in one hand and the ring in the other....
if i can get all that to work

awww yes I just love that suggestion
I think if you had something like "you will always be my princess" engraved on the slipper too

Hi there! The slipper idea is a great one! especially if she is a Cindy fan...
I bet if you let the cast members know what you want to do, they will usually cooperate...I have had my pic taken with Cinderella in 2 places, Once in Toontown, where you wait in line for greets and pic, I think its the tent, they also Have Pooh, AND Mickey is in the judges tent all day too....And in the Expo Hall, on Main Street...She also is usually at Cinderellas Royal Table Restaurant, but on and off during the day. Good Luck! And YES we will Lynch you if you dont bring back a report! Have a fun trip, and enjoy yourself Hey! One more idea! yesssssss that would be a perfect touch .. great idea ..instead of with only one charactor!! It would be cute too putting them up all over for her to see !!!

OK, how about combining a few of these great ideas? Buy the glass slipper, have it engraved, and then get one of those Disney photographers to take your picture on Main Street with the castle in the background - down on one knee, slipper in hand! The pictures the disney guys take are great because of the characters superimposed on the actual photo, but if you don't like that idea, just have someone in the family take it. You could also have the ring in the other hand, or make a sign that says, "Will you marry me?" or whatever - explain the situation to the photographer, and I'll bet he'll take a great shot!!!
