I don't find the WDW version to be more imposing at all. It look like a tiny house.
I actually like waiting in line to order food in person. Technology is taking away a lot of human contact.
Having the option is cool though.
I've always preferred to WDW version, mostly for aesthetic reasons. I find the HM exterior more imposing and mysterious, it's placement also superior where it lies along the ROA. The DL HM has nice charm as a part of NOS, otherwise it's never really impressed me. The bottlenecks getting into critter country don't help matters.
Yeah, that’s nice... human interaction is the last thing on my priority list when it’s blazing hot and I’m standing in line with a stroller and two cranky screaming kids.
I recently went to WDW, really excited to use this feature, but didn’t end up using it once because the counter service lines were not that bad. Maybe I’ll try it next time.I definitely get it and can see why this option would be handy for lots of folks.

It doesn't show. The WDW version is smaller and more cramped. It's supposed to be the other way around.
Overrated snack anyway!
*ducks*
Tiny house, tiny cramped waiting area, tiny stretching rooms, tiny cramped hallway with a dead end turnaround. DL's is indeed more spacious.
Sorry, WDW's Dole Whips remain inferior as they continue with no umbrella and cherry. I don't care how fast you get them #freeumbrellasaretheycherryontop.
Again wrong.
Wrong. Again. Wrong. Wrong.
I love both, but I think WDW has the slight edge even if the stretching room feels off. Just snapped these!
