At Disneyland, smoking is out and drinking is in - OCR/SCNG

Of course drinking is the hip new 'in' thing.
Ya see....

Disney rakes in a huge profit selling overpriced booze to a anxious, ready made audience of locals and visitors who want to party down within the gates.
Disney cannot make any profit at all from those dang smokers, as they cannot buy overpriced cigs or cigars in the Park anymore, and worse, those smokers just bring in their own 'supplies' with them!

A reminder, Disneyland Park has a Full Liquor License valid for every part of the park.

I have had multiple alcoholic drinks at press events (Tomorrowland, New Orleans Square and Main Street off the top of my head), private events held in restricted areas, such as the former Big Thunder Ranch Private area. They bring in bars if the event request it, and usually are cash bars.

And of Course, Holidayland...

Didn't Holidayland not include admission to Disneyland? I didn't think it was ever considered an actual Disneyland "land" except for Buzzfeed style articles looking for an easy clickbait.

There was a special "Holidayland" gate near the Frontierland train station, aka private entrance. That said, over the few years that it operated under different offerings, mainly corporate/group sales. So what did the group want? So they could buy different packages, that could include admission to Disneyland, and even ride coupons. The more they want to pay, the more they got.

So it depends on how you look at it. And of course, any person visiting Holidayland could always buy an admission ticket at the Holidayland entrance to Disneyland.
