Room not ready so Edith and I ate relaxing on the patio in some shade.

She seems to enjoy it so far! Sans man walking past with a huge garbage bin. She did NOT like that lol.

She didn't do anything except pick her head and give him a mean mug

It took less than ten minutes of sitting on the patio for someone to walk by and start talking to Edith amd asking her if she wanted to get pet?!??? Her harness with large red and black patches that say "service k9" "do not pet" and which are CLEARLY visible meant nothing to the lady.

I simply said. "Ma'am" in a loud tone to get her attention and then shook my head "no". She acted surprised and walked away.

But the room ready text came right after thay so off we went!

These new rooms at Boardwalk Inn (not the dvc rooms) are absolutely awesome! I love them!

The pictures are my favorite. Simple and themed to.the resort.

The bathroom is very nice with good colors IMO

But then I noticed this travesty! No H20 lotion!!! If 9000 Dearest is what they want, then thats exactly what they'll receive!!

Sooo many nice little touches in this room. I wouldn't call them.subtle but It's got such a good "Disney" feel without being too much.

Cleaning the room and providing C (my wife) with proof is mandatory (for those new to my trip reports).

I tried explaining to Edith that @Tuvalu had left the property. This was her reaction

We met up with Zelda !

Edith rode RATATOUILLE for the first time. She did great. She was not a fan of the doors swinging open so suddenly but she didn't react

I am actually surprised the lady came up to Edith. I figured with her overall look she’d get less people wanting to come up and pet her over Zelda. I mean come on. Edith looks like she could do some serious damage.

I'm pretty used to it. But it never ceases to amaze how an adult who can read absolutely ignores the patches. But especially at Disney World. You should automatically know if you see a dog it s a service dog smh. Even the fake ones lol.

That is one thing I heard a lot with Zelda and already twice with Edith is people saying "that's a REAL service dog".

The security dog at International Gateway (labrador) lost his mind when we walked past. It was a male dog and I joked with the officer that he couldn't help himself when he saw a pretty girl. We had a good laugh.

My patio is right next to the port car shay (I don't know how to spell it)

And I can see people loading up their bags and heading out and people arriving and unloading. It's a whole bag of mixed emotions "view" from this room
