Can you pay for food on the airplane? Or depending what time your flight leaves eat a big meal at the airport and then pack some chips, crackers and other snacks to eat on board or when you arrive?

Personally I wouldn't be in the mood for a meal after midnight so a meal at 5pm and then snacks on board the plane would be preferable.

Not being a criminal mastermind, doesn't this mean you could drain an ice pack, pour in nitroglycerin, freeze it, then pack it in a cooler bag with a few actual ice packs to keep that all nice and cold, throw in some sandwiches as cover, and martyr yourself to your god du jour some where midflight?
Explosives have a very particular visual signature when going through an x-ray. If (If) TSA is doing their job correctly, it can be spotted.

The absolute closest thing to Coronado springs that's open that late is the McDonald's (just up the road by the allstars). We ordered pizza hut pizza when we stayed in the treehouses at saratoga springs and once while at Riverside and they delivered. It was pretty late but sadly I can't remember if it was just before or after midnight. It was typical pizza hut pizza...worked for being super hungry late. If you have a car I'd head back up Western Way or over to 535. The quick serve at the Grand Floridian is the only one open 24/7 that I know of.
