...So becasue Frozen 1 wasn't successful enough to build an Elsa's World they're gonna be prudent and wait to see how the sequel does before moving forward? I don't buy it. Their MO is the exact opposite.

Pretty sure Frozen 1 was more than successful enough to do just about anything they want -- they've just had other priorities in mind that keep pushing this further down the road.

Like MB??? How in the world does Guardians get an attraction before Frozen?

Budget and available/allotted space for starters. One is an ambitious mini-land that will require years of development and disruption to a park already seeing a lot of disruption -- the other requires the closing of a singular attraction that was able to be boarded up without impacting flow around the park and re-open within 6 months. They couldn't be more opposite of one another.

Well that may all be true...I still just don't believe Disney is "waiting to see how the second movie does" before deciding to move ahead.

Is everyone just assuming we're keeping the monorail maintenance facility at its current location? Cuz that would mean at least some monorail tracks are gonna have to be kept in that area just so the monorail has a way to travel to its shed.

Frozen expansion is going to happen at DLR, at some point or another. Multiple proposals exist. When and whether any of them come to pass has absolutely nothing to do with Frozen 2, which is a guaranteed billion dollar box office smash.

Sure. There was even a full Frozen overlay of the Matterhorn - adding Elsa and Marshmallow to the ride - proposed, but scrapped because a Frozen ride with a height requirement is a non-starter.
