are off site guests allowed in park during magic hours?

The park is closed to off-site guests when EMH start. Therefore, they should be shown the way out. It's the price you pay for staying off-site.

Edit: You said it yourself that EMH is partially for on-site guests to get on rides without the whole world being there. Well, if the whole world IS still there, it makes it hard to get around ;). And no sprinkles for you, sprinkles are for winners! :p

That's what we do. I go see all the merchandise, maybe hop on the monorail and ride around, just get settled in.
Well remind me to steer clear of you when you're enjoying your ride during EMH while "paying the price" for your overpriced room.....sprinkles will cost ya too.

I actually don't book through Disney. I rent DVC. Still onsite. Still get the perks. While I do go on rides during EMH, I also do a lot of photography as well. Having that emptier park makes great pictures for me, which is well worth forgoing the sprinkles.

I'm totally not understanding your logic here. If I'm not an on site guest then.... No entry for morning EMH, period. No problem. I can live with that. I agree, let the people staying on site enjoy the perks. But if I'm already there and I'm NOT staying onsite and I've been at EPCOT all day and had my fun, what's the problem with me sticking around and having an ice cream, etc after hours? I can't ride anything anyways. So how would I be in your way? The EMH is mainly for onsite guests to have first dibs on the rides without the whole world being there. So go on your ride without the HUGE long wait and I'll sit here and enjoy my ice cream..... With sprinkles...

I mean let's face the facts.... The parks do clear out A LOT during the evening EMH. It's not like the whole population of EPCOT stays bc of EMH.

I agree with you. Now, if tons of non resort guests were hanging around, Disney may have a problem with it. Most people are there for rides and will clear out.

The only way non resort guests would irritate me is constant complaining why they can't ride any rides and bothering CM's about it.

I'm all about avoiding crowds, don't like them at all, but a few herds of non resort guests aren't a big deal to me.

Now...If they did a EMH fireworks show....you people get out! :)

Lol. Thank you for filling me in on your special DVC status...... Still "paying the price".

Well, then if I'm still "paying the price" and you're not... get out of the parks for EMH. They're not for you. Go get ice cream at a DQ by your off site resort.

Lol. @mousehockey37 will that work for you?

Yeah, include that shock feature into the magicband that until you leave, it won't stop!

Not at all. I'm there for the parks. Not the rooms. I think most can agree

So, now you are going to insult everyone that pays a little extra to stay onsite which is a majority of the people here because you want to be cheap and still get the perks of those of us that do shell out? Nice.

Also, if you were really there for the parks, as you claim, then you would stay onsite so that you do have proper and rightful EMH permissions so that you can fully enjoy said EMH.

Nope. As an off-siter, I prefer to stroll the parks and take in some scenery. Might grab an ice cream, as @kgaf99 suggests (with sprinkles).
You EMH people can enjoy your minimal wait times for your favorite rides & attractions. But just know that the likes of us (not many, but some of us) will be there too! :D

Is that all you got mouse"DVC"hockey37? Since when does your status give you the right to throw people out of YOUR park just bc you decided to spent 7 times more just so you can have your "Polaroid" camera moments around the park without all the peasants lurking around?

Misquoting a post. Very mature. The perk is the perk. Disney has plenty of levels to stay on-site with from value to deluxe. If you refuse to pay and want to stay somewhere off-site, then that's on you. Don't expect to have your cake and eat it too. If a park is closed to certain guests and you don't have access, sorry bout yer luck. Downtown Disney is open until 2am, have fun there.

No burn intended. That is just the way it is. I have enjoyed many a fond, quiet evening just strolling the parks during late EMH nights. We may have even crossed paths before. Who knows.

So you're going to tell me that if Disney changed their policy back to the original policy and started removing people from the park that you wouldn't throw a fit?
