Are Disney Dollars...extinct?

Can you still buy Disney Dollars? I have a reward system going with my boys where they can earn Disney Dollars. I don't know if they still sell those though. We may have to let them decorate special envelopes with Disney stickers and such, then they can just accumulate regular dollars in their "magic" envelopes.

I worked merchandise as a cp. we took disney dollars. I believe you can buy them at the front desk of your hotel.

They are still available. I just bought some a couple of weeks ago at the Disney Store. I'm using them to send to my granddaughter as rewards and perks for "good things" for our trip in June. So far, she's loving them. I just wish they were Princess images too...

They do not appear to be available on-line but there are "Disney On-Line Gift Cards"?

I attended an international paper money show recently and there with the U.S. Currency were Disney Dollars. If you have any and they are in good shape, the value has increased as a collector item. I picked up three from the 50th anniversary of Disney Land. The dealer said they are getting to be a hot item.:sohappy:
