1. odds are slim against seeing Mission:Space
2. The Flower and garden festival starts on 4/25. So you won't be seeing it.
3. The parks will be very crowded and lines will be very long.
4. Depends on the attraction. Test Track will have lines that will be around 2 hours and fast passes will be gone in the early morning. Other popular attractions will average 60-120 with fastpasses going in early morning.
5. Not sure of any special things that go on there that day.
6. There is a chance Timekeeper will be open.

April 2003
Disney MGM Studios
Great Movie Ride will be closed for refurbishment from February 24 through April 13.
Epcot
The Theater in the China Pavilion will be closed for refurbishment March 26 through May 22. During this time, the new movie, Reflections of China, will replace Wonders of China. The Gallery, merchandise shop and restaurants will remain open.
Downtown Disney
Forty Thirst Street (West Side) is closed and will reopen in Spring 2003 as Wetzel's Pretzels.
Beach Club - "...Beginning January 3, 2003, the Shipwreck Slide will be closed to guests so we may begin a refurbishment effort. We expect the work to be completed by April 4, 2003. The Stormalong Bay pool will remain open for our guest's enjoyment during the time the Shipwreck Slide is being refurbished......During this time, should you wish to have a slide as part of your pool experience, please visit the Luna Park pool at Disney's BoardWalk Resort. The Luna Park pool is a 190,000-gallon pool that features a 200-foot long slide called the Keister Coaster. Shuttle transportation will be made available during this timeframe for our guests wishing to take advantage of the nearby pool experience."
Polynesian Resort - the longhouses are being refurbished one by one. Each longhouse under rehab is walled off (and very little disturbance to folks staying there). Tentative schedule is:
Samoa: January 6-April 20, 2003
Hawaii: June 1-September 27, 2003 (Service will be moved to another longhouse)
Tonga: September 14-December 20, 2003
Niue: September 28-December 20, 2003
Aotearoa, Fiji and Tuvalu have been completed. Rarotonga has not yet been scheduled.
