I would hope there is a Star Wars announcement at the D23.Well, you know what would be really, really nice to have to go along with the movie? An actual announcement about Star Wars in the parks.....

However.... I'm not holding my breath.
Of course if I were in charge? It's big enough to have its own special event. Kind of like when Apple announces theyre doing something? Yeah like that but with more storm troopers…
Hell I would wait until Mid summer and just continue with the Giant corporate hype and marketing train.
Right now I really think Bob Eiger needs to prove that he's worthy of Star Wars.

Star Wars comes out December 18. That is 4 days after Hanukkah, 4 days before Festivus, 6 days before Christmas, and 7 days before Kwanzaa, sorry if I missed any....
Plenty of time for special events and promotion. only downside I can see is a MVMCP on the 18th as well. But I have a feeling that won't be an issue as they will be pushing for the midnight release the night before... point being it's going to be a Very Star Wars Christmas Season... let's just agree no one wants to see another Sar Wars Holiday Special!!!

So now the Star Wars weekends are over and there's only 20+ weeks to the release of the Force Awakens, there is talk of the characters from 'inside out' appearing Downtown and in Epcot surely they will do the same and not miss this opportunity on the 18th December??
