anyone use stroller rental / crib rental company?

Hi all,

Has anyone used a stroller rental or crib rental company? I have a friend who is traveling with 4 girls under 6. She needs her one stroller b/c the infant is still in a car seat so she is bringing that stroller (sit and stand) and car seat. However, the 6 and almost 3 year old, they are thinking of renting a stroller. Has anyone used a rental company? If so, which one and how was it? Also, I saw some of them rent cribs. Is that better then just getting the crib via Disney?

I've never done crib rental, but we've rented twice through Magic Strollers...

I absolutely LOVE them! I've found them to be a few dollars cheaper than the other stroller rental places. We've also received great customer service from them each time. In our first use...we were 3 days out from check in and they were able to accomodate us + they were even able to work with our 7am arrival. On our 2nd time using them, we changed our plans several times and they changed our info without any hassle or issues. The strollers we rented were right there when they said they'd be, they were in good condition, and drop off and pick up is done through your resort's bell services...so it was a breeze.

Carey - when is your friend going to WDW? I rented a City Mini Double stroller for DD4 and DS2 from Kingdom Strollers for our upcoming (next week!!) trip. I would be happy to provide a review after we return.

I've rented from Orlando Stroller Rental and Kingdom Strollers, would highly recommend either of them. (KS was less $ than OSR last time, or I'd have stuck with OSR).

in December we used "strollers and groceries". very happy with the service and the stroller. we got a city elite, very nice, clean, get a free rain cover and parent console. easy pick up and drop off........and the best feature, they will deliver groceries at the same time with no delivery fee. can't beat that!

Used Magic Strollers twice and they're great. Delivery was early on both occassions to our resort (once off-ground and once tothe AKV). I'd certainly use them again. I love that City Mini stroller.

We've used Orlando Stroller rentals for strollers and will definitely use them again.
Cribs are so tricky, where are they staying? A lot of the deluxe resorts have cribs available if you call housekeeping. Years ago we were in the Cabins with my 14 month old who was big for the pack and play. The front desk gave us a number for an off-site crib rental company, but I cannot remember the name. I ended up having her sleep either in between us in the queen murphy or in the pack and play, however I could get her to sleep at the end of the day!
