I have the dark meat turkey in the freezer to make gumbo with, and the stock from the carcass, other than that everything is GONE...but tomorrow we revisit it with the gumbo...which has been building in the freezer as the ingredients came in. (we went crabbing, those got cooked cleaned and frozen, then the turkey, and the stock...ect)

Well, considering I celebreated Thanksgiving over a month ago....I sure hope not. ;)

well, you could have frozen your leftovers...but I suppose it was more fun to eat them right after the holiday, right?

what's traditional for Canadian Thanksgiving dinner, anyhow?

True enough, true enough. But believe me, we had ALOT of leftovers.

I'd say we finished them off within a week. :D

Nothing different from American, as far as I'm aware. Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, etc. :slurp:
