Hulk is a very good but over-rated coaster. I've found that at times it can be smooth as glass, and on other rides, you will experience a fairly rough ride.

I am terrified of coasters. Yes, I'm a big baby. BUT, everyone has me talked into this one. My entire family went on it a while back & they haven't stopped raving about it since. I've always heard that it's an incredibly smooth ride.

Thats what i heard before too, but.. i sat in the back it was so ROUGH.. maybe thats why.. I didnt get to do the front side I got the back cuz I had the Fast Pass for it.

I love roller coasters. The launch is what makes it good. There are better. Not the best. It is a good coaster. The back part of the coaster is the part that tosses you around the most. I say the front is the smothest while some argue the middle.

And a bit overrated.

But still really fun.

I Agree, I should have sat in the front.. but they wouldnt let me with the "Universal Express" How GAY, you have to sit in the back. so that sucks.. that probably why i got a headache for sittin in the back of the coaster and it got rough.

Heres an nightime Picture of the coaster around the loop.. I know its dark, Im sorry there was no light around it.

If you thought Hulk was rough, never ride any coaster made by Arrow or Vekoma...... Although Hulk has been a lil rough recently, a lil too much for a B&M, its still extremely smooth, especially in the front.... actually, 2 weeks ago, in the back row, i noticed not only a lil roughness, but some "clanking" sounds, like something loose...... i know nothing is wrong with it, but still a strange sound ive never heard on a B&M (and ive been on 11 of em, including 3 out of 4 of their sit downs)..... any incite?

Most people on this board have already ridden a Vekoma! Rock 'n' Roller Coaster!

About the clanking noise, I've noticed that most B&M trains tend to rattle a little bit. I've been on 11 or 12 B&Ms, and most of them do to some extent. Hulk's trains just rattle a lot for some reason, which is odd.

Universal uses special wheels to make the "roar" of a B&M coaster louder, to signify the presence of the Hulk. The increased rattling is probably a side-effect.

I think the hulk is one of the best coasters out there. If only it had more themeing like rockin roller coaster... Not to many people notice the on ride theming that the hulk has (crushed cars, tanks, etc under the track).

Uh... It doesn't have ANY of that. I think you're imaging things. Unless the tank and crushed cars were recently added.

Hulk is a pretty good RC.... IMO i like RnR better cause the theming and takeoff and stuff, RnR's layout is very unique... and Hulk is just inversion after inversion. Yes i think your right Hulk has crushed Tanks and tracks under it but.... Crushed Cars? Where did u get that?
