Basically, we the screen comes up, you push down on the R3 logo for at least ten seconds. Then a keypad comes up and you put in the number of the track you want. So you have to know what you want. And you have to get this all done before you leave the station.

There is a wikipedia page also, but I think it has an incomplete track listing. Also, as mentioned, there is an app that lists all the songs and their numbers. So that might be good for having at your fingertips, if you care enough.
I use the iOS app Pocket Rockit so that I can quickly look as I walk up.
I just have a few song numbers saved in my Iphone's notes.
Its my favorite track to use. It syncs up really well too.I loved doing "Moving Right Along" from The Muppet Movie. It fit so well, haha.
