For what it's worth I bought my last camera from BuyDig.com which is a similar type of discount retailer. I had absolutely no problems with them and they have a much worse rating than Beach Camera does. If you don't mind spending a little more to get a reputable dealer I would recommend B&H or Conoga Camera . Both of these companies have excellent reputations and have been in business for ever.

I found out last night that BuyDig & Beach Camera are the same company (just different names) owned by the same person. Hmmmm

The more I think about it... I might just get the cam from amazon or B&H... My e-mails to beach, last week, inquiring about the boxed accessories that come with the cam from the factory (making sure they dont charge me extra for the stuff its supposed to come with), have still gone un-answered. Hmph... lol whatever.. there loss... I'd rather pay $30 bucks more and risk not getting ripped off.

If the difference in price is only $30 I wouldn't even hassle with Beach/BuyDig. I only went with them because I was saving around $200! That seemed worth the added risk.

One complaint with my Olympus digital that may be corrected now. When I snap a picture there's a long recoil time before I can take the next picture. I miss out on some great pictures because of that. Hopefully the latest models snap faster on that second pic.

Well... I ordered my Cam... my new stylus 400 should be here next week, friday yay!!!

Yay!!! got the cam the other day... supprised it got here so fast.... cause I chose the slow boat from China free shipping option from amazon.com...lol
