Anyone had dinner at Boatwrights in POR?

I have an ADR for a Boatwrights dinner in a few weeks, but I have only eaten there for breakfast. I like the breakfast, have always had good service, and I LOVE the atmosphere. I saw the menus and reviews on this site, but I know not everyone who has an opinion gives a review. Can anyone tell me your favorite foods there (for dinner)? I appreciate all the help!

We loved eating there!!! I think I had the jumbalaya (sp?) and my Dad had chicken. It was just really good, hearty food. This year we are going back and then taking carriage rides around the property. I can't wait!!!

We last ate there December 2006 and it was very good. I enjoyed the prime rib and wife had some chicken dish she liked. DS, DD ate off the children's menu and did not complain. Overall service was really good considering how busy they were with the POP Warner crowd around. Definitely would have been better atmosphere without that group around. Overall positive experience.

Sorry...we did not have a good experience. Ate there for the last meal of our trip in 2007 and it was by far the worse meal of our trip (it has now joined H&V and WCC as the only places we will not go back to). We have a very rude host; we were seated 40 minutes past our ADR; our waitress had NO personality and barely said anything except what she had to; the food was medicore at best (I had to return my prime rib twice). It was so loud that we could hardly hear each other talk sitting across the table from each other. That being said, we are going for breakfast next year because my husband is dying to try the sweet potato pancakes.

IMO - the restaurant used to be SO much better than it is now. The menu is entirely too limited and the last time we were there, they were out of two entrees. They have few appetizers and we were largely ignored by our waitstaff. I used to love it - but we decided that we would not be returning unless they changed their menu.
