Anyone else having trouble with the online check in????

Today is the day for us to do our online check in and it keeps saying that its unable to display our reservation at this time.

Anyone else run into this?

It is a finicky system. It can be case sensitive and also does not like it when you cut and paste your conformation number.

No cutting and pasting. Just typing everything in and making sure everything is correct. I also know the confirmation number is case sensitive. Oh well, I'll keep trying. Thanks! :wave:

I'm having the same problem. We are doing a split stay and online check-in for our second hotel worked, but I've been trying for the past couple of days to check-in the first and it always says 'system is unavailable'. Its driving me nuts.

Speaking of online check-in. I was going to do it last night but I am holding off due to Igor out in the Atlantic. I don't know if it will disrupt our arrival date yet. How does that work if I do the online check-in but I end up arriving a day or 2 later due to a storm? Hopefully I won't have to worry about. I am hoping Igor goes north.

It would work the same either way. If you are delayed by a storm you will need to call Disney and inform them as they will cancel your reservation is you do not check in that first day.

Cancel the reservation? Do they do that even if I am delayed only a day. I am to arrive on Saturday 9/18. If the storm causes all flights to Orlando cancelled until Sunday do I no longer have a reservation? Thanks for any info you can provide.

I was referring to something like you having a reservation on the 18th and not showing up until late on the 19th or later. In situations like the closure of MCO they might be more lenient but for them most part the resorts have no idea how you are getting there only that you did not show. I would not stress over it to much. The chances for MCO getting shut down for a hurricane are quite remote.

With reagard to the UK Reservation not being compatable. If you phone them up they will give you a US compatable reservation Number.

They gave me one anyway as i was having trouble with the online dining reservations.

The number they gave me didnt work for dining, so I booked through the DVC.

Keep an eye out for the tree house with the Jolly Roger flying from the 27th, were at Uni first few days. :D
