Anyone else "Cruise"-ing"?

Hi everyone. It has been a while since I have been on the boards. But we are currently getting ready for our April vacation and was wondering if anyone from the boards might be taking a 4-night cruise from Apr 24-28? We will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary (a couple months early). :sohappy:

Also was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what we should do on the shore excurions. There are a lot to choose from and I am having a problem deciding what I want to do more before handing the excurion info over to my husband. Thanks for any help.

I would recommend doing a snorkeling excursion at Nassau. I have been on three Disney Cruises and I hope you have a great time.

Swimming with the Dolphins in Freeport was really cool. Plus there is some really good shopping right there.

Spending the day at Atlantis in Nassua was a day well spent. The fish tanks (called The Dig) are really impressive.

At Castaway Cay, work your way out to Serinity Bay (the adult only beach) and get a massage in the open air cabanas. Find a hammock and let the cast members bring you drinks all afternoon.

As soon as you get on board, go right up to Paolo's restaurant and make a reservation to have dinner there one night during the cruise. The food, service and atmosphere is fantasic. It is an adult only restaurant. We did this on the night we were supposed to have the carribbean type dinner, which we weren't thrilled with their menu selection anyway. It is well worth it and we were glad we did.

Snorkeling is great, be sure to slather on the sun screen or wear a tshirt, because you are generally facing down in the water and your back is very vulnerable.

We're trying it for the first time this July (17-24 land/sea). Should be fun!
