Did Safari and Seeds - enjoyed both, considering doing them again in a few years.
Have done all the tours offered (several times) and have found that the tour guide is the most important aspect of the tours....they all have a different way of presenting them and the various views they take make them very enjoyable and different. Their 'spins' on the same subject tend to keep you on your toes lest you miss something.
I found a tour I did not know they had this past year and am booked on it this year. -- A segway tour at Ft. Wilderness.... now I'm looking for a new tour for Dec 09.

Heading for the great escape.
The current Mrs Sak and one of our brood did the backstage safari last summer. Loved it. There wasnt a huge amount of animal interaction, but the guide was informative and obviously passionate about their job.

Were doing the Keys in a week or two, Ive done it before, but ist a wee surprise for my wife and youngest.

DId Keys to the kingdom in 2004- loved it (lunch is included) and you get to do some rides. There was a large group of us though so everyone was a bit shy

Behind the Seeds in 2005- loved it!!! we got fast passes for soarin and it was going to start in 15 minutes so we said, why not. Really interesting, you get to look at all the things from living with the land up close and learn a little more. Plus you got to hold a mickey head pumpkin, it was my favorite honeymoon picture!

wild by design in May of 2008- loved it!!! it was only myself, my husband and one other couple and our guide said tours aren't usually full so you get a more personal experience. We also got breakfast (danishes and fruit) I don't want to ruin it, but you walk through the different lands and learn about what makes each unique and we got to talk to a Gabon? trainer (the monkeys on the temple) and to an intern at the bird sanctuary.

did the seeds tour last year, and I really enjoyed it as I've been interested in gardening for a long time, and they talk about hydroponics and aeroponics. very informative.

Haven't done those but I just did the Segway tour at Epcot last month and CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH. Wow, it was awesome! I'm sure any tour you pick will be fantastic! I had planned to do another one on the next trip but may just end up doing the Segway tour again!

we did "behind the seeds" tour last year.
We have 3 kids (4,6,8 at the time), and we all enjoyed it. I have never done any of the other tours, but this one is pretty inexpensive--especially when you're talking about the cost of things at WDW. If you like Living with the Land, I'd say this is a good tour to do.

wild by design.

I have done both of those within the past year and both were great! The behind the seeds is great and cheap, it is as close as you will come to a "attraction walk-thru". The Wild by Design is a great tour for anyone that loves AK. The Backstage Safari is not really about the park so much as it is about the animals and how they are taken care of.

We did the Behind the Seeds tour on our trip in September. We walked up at about 15 minutes before the tour and signed up. We got a discount using our Disney Visa, and I think they offer a AAA discount too (not combinable). It lasts about an hour and was fairly cheap. With our discount, I think we paid under $25 bucks for the two of us.

My partner is very into gardening and the idea of hydroponics, and he really enjoyed the tour and getting to see the different methods of growing, as well as getting some great pictures.

I haven't the slightest interest in gardening or hydroponics, but I still enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide kept it interesting, and I admit, I had fun learning about the processes.

It is amusing seeing the people on Living with the Land gawking at you as they pass by on the ride. I wonder how many people's photos we ended up in during that hour.

Definetely ride Living with the Land before you take the tour... this will give you a layout of the greenhouses, and if you think of any questions, you can ask them on the tour.

We didn't take the other two tours you asked about. We did take the Keys to the Kingdom Tour in Magic Kingdom, and really enjoyed that one as well.

If you haven't, check out www.allears.net, and look under the Rate & Review section. They have some more current reviews on several tours.

Have fun!

Yes, did about 3 years ago and it was very good.
Began in EPCOT and finished in Magic Kingdom. Lunch was at Columbia House, 2d floor, Opposite the Haunted Mansion.

Plan on doing in a few years to catch up on anything new.

Found that decorations followed a theme - and now pay more attention to them.
