Didn't know if there was any official or strong details on what is in the pipeline.

I'd like a complete disc dedicated to the Carosuel of Progress & Small World and the 1964 World's Fair

Yes. Wave 4 is slated for December of this year, though I'm not sure that that's 100% confirmed. The 4 titles have been confirmed to be:

MM In B&W Volume II
The Mickey Mouse Club
The Complete Pluto
True Life Adventures

www.ultimatedisney.com is the best source online for anything and everything concerning Disney DVDs, including news & rumors. They are know for having some of the best sources.

Does anyone know how long the Disney Treasures are available after they are released? I just found out that there was a Mickey Mouse in Black and White one a couple weeks ago and I discovered that you can no longer buy it already! I know they're numbered so I guess they just sell them until they run out, but approximately how long does it take for them to sell them all?

Mickey Mouse in Black and White is still available:

Can't wait to get these DVDs! But I still thinks nothing beats Vault Disney.

Agreed! Maybe the MMC DVD will be somewhat of a good replacement for the lost shows.

I would like to see Zorro and Spin and Marty come out sometimes soon (preferably the complete series of each).

Thanks for the link. It stinks though that most of the people selling them don't include the tin! It looks like I'll have to pay a pretty price to get one with a tin but I guess that's what I get for not keeping up with their release date! :brick:

Frankly, the tins are a pain! They take up too much room. Also, no one really cares about the number on the tin as evidenced by the most recent Disney Treasures editions.

I threw all of my tins in a box. However I guess you could use them for storing sardines.

I saw the link to the movies on Amazon but saw how much they were on there. Does anyone know of any stores or websites that still carry the tins from the third round of the series (I am going to buy the newest ones today) but I need the ones from right before. I want to have the complete set and would do a lot for them, except pay the HIGH amount of like $75 for just one. Any and all help would be appreciated.

When will I get my Chip 'N Dale DVD. I hope it's in the Treasures pipeline somewhere.

Probably not. Chip and Dale only had less than a half a dozen starring cartoons. You'll be most likely to find their stuff on The Chronological Donald, Volumes 2 and 3 when they eventually come out.

For now, though, you can find their debut cartoon, Private Pluto, on the On The Front Lines DVD that just came out. That is, if you can still find a copy.

We should petition Disney Channel to bring back Vault Disney (especially since i have a TIVO now!!!)

I miss that show. Especially when they would show the theme park openings and celebrations. The last one I saw was the 25th anniversary of Disney Land (i think). It had Michael Jackson and the Osbornes (sp) (no, not ozzy and sharon) in it...thats all i remember.

These Disney Treasures don't stay on the shelves for long. I was at my local Barnes & Noble just this week and they had already sent back all unsold copies. The girl told me specifically they had not sold out of stock, but had returned unsold copies. They couldn't have been on the shelves more than three weeks.

If you see them in your local stores and don't want to order online (like I did today), you might think seriously about going ahead with the purchase.

I was a little disappointed the local video rental shops didn't pick any up. It would have been nice to preview the purchase.

I've noticed that they are selling the Treasures at Sam's Club locations around Florida (well, Kissimmee had 'em, and so did West Palm Beach). Very interesting. I bought the Tomorrowland: Disney In Space and Beyond at one for only $20. Sam Goody wanted $32.

What I want to see though is one on Walt Disney World, one on the 1964-65 World's Fair, and Disneyland USA Volume 2.
