:lol: I gave up on the romance thing a LONG time ago. The one thing I enjoy now is celebrating Valentines Day with DD...and You have LOTS of DD to get to celebrate with!

We did our celebrating yesterday because of all the parties and things going on. So today was my day to get to do NOTHING, and aaaah, it was wonderful!! I've been able to be online all day, and take it easy. What's your dd's doing tonight? Will you get a chance to celebrate with hubby later :animwink:

Not only is my wife travelling this Valentine's day but I also miss the anti-Valentine's day party.

Oh, I'm so with those who have someone special and don't believe in Valentine's Day. I told my boyfriend that he better not even show up at my front door with anything that even resembled a red heart shaped box with chocolates in it or I was going to have to put my foot up his........posterior region. I even ordered him to stay at his place and work on his pickup truck rather than going out for a romantic dinner. Hmmmph!! If you're the kind of person who needs a day marked on the calendar to come up with romantic ideas, then you are sadly lacking any sense of imagination and originality. I'll take a nice love note slipped under my windshield on a nondescript day in the middle of the week over any of the C-R-A-P people give on this day. Valentines? Yuck!!!

LOL! No, I think Valentine's day is kinda silly anymore. The girls had parties at school, and I wanted to go out tonight because I was bored, not because it was Valentine's day. Ah well. My birthdays coming up... I'm SURE I'll get to do something super fun then. :lol:
