Looks like lots of good eye candy. Great to see Bill Murray. Hopefully they blend and enhance those Stagecraft scenes so they don't look so Disney+. I'm looking forward to this over any other MCU movie.

The scene where the Harfoots visit the Mos Eisley cantina looks particularly interesting to me

But this trailer was more appealing than I expected.
I agree. I haven't been super impressed with Marvel trailers lately. So I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Of course I'm a big Antman fan.

If I had one disappointment, it's we didn't see Luis. He's not listed yet but I am hoping we at least get a couple scenes with him. You can't have an Antman film without a Luis story breakdown. 😂

"William Jackson Harper has entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Sources tell Variety that the actor will appear in “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” though his role remains a closely guarded secret. Marvel declined to comment on his casting."

This will be interesting. I had such little hope for this character and movies, but I have really enjoyed them both. This is the first Ant Man I think I'm hyped for, so it will be interesting to see if I feel it delivers now that I have lofty expectations. Trailer looks great.

It would be nice if Marvel didn't make a movie 90% computer effects and then complain about their effects artists. These poor men and women have too much of a workload. They should use more practical effects and as a bonus things wouldn't look so fake.

Wasn't it just one person who worked on a film say something mildly disparaging?

It's not like Chapek publicly shamed VFX artists in a quarterly call or DPB apologized to everyone for shoddy SFX.

In the last episode of She-Hulk, they made a sly joke about it by pointing out the VFX artists are under time crunches and already moved to their next project to get everything perfect enough for some audience members. The joke being blaming the execs who create impossible situations for the VFX artists and not paying enough.

Taika Waititi and Tessa Thompson are among the many people that have made fun of the special effects.
