It is at downtown disney near the lego store. There is a temporary live Santa for about a month. His last day was December 24th., he had to go back to the north pole according to the sign. Here is the original photo.

Because of the railings, I would say it is Epcot or The Studios. I´m not sure of the strollers though, but I could think of Spaceship Earth. ;)

Here is the full picture of the previous photo. I was there Christmas day and the line for TTA went past the entrance to Astro Orbiter.

I was going to say the treehouse in Adventureland, but it looks like there may be a field in the background behind the fence so that tells me no. Is it somewhere in Fort Wilderness?

Yes, it is in fort wilderness right next to the river country ticket booths.
