Hrmm..is this place even in WDW? I can't find a place that sells ice cream and is themed to a frontier/rustic outpost anywhere in WDW

It can't be anywhere in the MK, Epcot, or MGM. AK has already been eliminated. Almost all of the resorts can be eliminated, as well as most of the recreational areas too.

I want to say that this is somewhere in Fort Wilderness. It fits the theme perfectly, and the light in the background looks like the bug zappers they have at the resort.

Maybe it's by a trail, by the lake, the pool, the petting zoo, etc.

I can't find any details about the ice cream stand online, so I really don't know.

It is fort wilderness, it is an ice cream stand at River Country.
