It is on splash Mountain but I don't think it is in the Queue. I think it is after you go down the second drop. It is in the area where they are growing the over sized vegetables and singing How Do You Do.

It is on the ride. It is after you climb up the first hill and then you have that really small drop after that, you can see the castle from that spot.
