I'm guessing French Quarter too? That lamp post is very different from the ones at Italy or France. At first I was thinking Epcot too but the railings and bridges just don't look like that. Italy's railing are all white. And the bridges in France are a LOT larger. 2 pontoon boats should be able to fit down there.

this looks to be the bridge in World Showcase between France and the United Kingdom. looks like the shot was taken from the water side,

Maria is the most right.... It is in World Showcase... between Germany and Italy....Pix was taken from the water side in the early AM from a fishing boat.....
